The Fredericton Antique Show uses the information you submit to manage newsletter requests and dealer applications.
Newsletter Requests
We store your email address, your consent choice, and a record of when and how you requested emails. Newsletter consent is separate from a dealer application. With your explicit consent, a valid new request joins the mailing list immediately.
Dealer Applications
We store the contact details, business and merchandise information, and optional links and photos you provide so the show team can review your application and contact you about it.
Security And Access
Access to submissions is restricted to authorized administrators. The service also processes technical request information for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. A browser cookie protects form submissions, and a local browser preference remembers when you dismiss the newsletter invitation; form details are not saved in that browser preference.
